Hey Guys,
When was the last time you took a deep breath in? If you haven't you should do it now. You will feel so good.
You know we don't breathe in enough air and don't even realize it until you do it.
We are so programmed in our day-to-day life until we don't even think about ourselves. No wonder we are tense and stressed out. Breathing is a part of meditation
You can do this anywhere, anytime just close your eyes and breathe.
Now you will concentrate on your breathing. Breathing in and holding it for 4-7 seconds breath out slowly for 7 seconds. Keep doing it for about one minute to one minute and a half. Or however long you like.
You can do this several times a day to control your emotions. Stress, anxiety, anger, or when someone just gets on your nerves. Lol 😀
Just stop and do it. Sit down and close your eyes. Breathing alone can make you feel relaxed if you just try it.
